THE COMPANY
Time for Kids is renowned in the United States for their in-classroom reading magazine. Due to expansion of the editorial content, the design for the magazine needed a new approach.
The licensing department was also in need of structure and creativity to bring in sponsors.
THE ASSIGNMENT
Our partnership with Time For Kids lasted 5 years. In that time we created not only a look and feel for their books, but designed their reference line of products, biography series, and Almanacs.
We worked with their licensing department and their partners such as Nickelodeon, UNICEF, The NFL, and the CDC, to innovate in-class ancillary materials.
Time For Kids/VERB
A program with the CDC to promote physical activity, included take home activities, family education materials, games, and events.
Time For Kids Books
Templates for a line of TFK books, puzzles and games.
TFK Almanacs
Created the covers and featured spreads for TFK Almanacs
Snuggle Licensing
Classroom literacy take-home activity co-promote with Snuggle which included games and progress checklists.
UNICEF
In-classroom and take-home ancillary educational materials about UNICEF, their impact and history.
PBS kids GO!
Promotional materials that are also educational.

A program that targeted the younger demographic of PBS watchers.
The focus of the program was to expose children to different cultures, travel, and geography.

Girl Scouts of America
Making organization and check lists fun!
THE COMPANY
Girl Scouts needed a full redesign and illustration of their Daisy and Ambassador Journey workbooks that would be used by girls to organize and plan their badges, checklists, forms, and stickers.
The workbooks had to be fun.
THE ASSIGNMENT
Redesign of the existing workbooks. The deliverables included illustration, graphic elements, stickers, forms, badges, book design, targeting 3 key tier age groups.
